The Heartland for Children Heart Art Gallery was created to promote local adoption through the art of children who are currently available for adoption in Polk, Highlands and Hardee Counties. The mission of the Heart Art Gallery reaches beyond the artists in the exhibit and into the community, hoping to raise awareness about the need for adoptive and fostering homes.
Due to recent legislation, HB1083, public access to the statewide adoption exchange platform is now limited to people who have completed or are about to complete adoptive home studies. To learn more about adoption, call 863-519-8900 x 223.
