Evelyn Padro has been employed with CHS for over 10 years. Ms. Padro transferred to CHS Circuit 10 in July 2016 as one of two Family Team Conference Facilitators. She has extensive child welfare knowledge with experience in family team conferences, case management, adoption, permanency staffings, and family finders. She is passionate about families and works tirelessly to reconnect children with their family. Ms. Padro’s approach to permanency is to allow parents/families to take the lead on developing a plan that meet their needs. She highlights families’ strengths and assists them with building upon those strengths so the family can learn to have a voice. A team player who is constantly on the move to help as needed, she often lends assistance with translation to Child Protection Team and case management. Ms. Padro has been instrumental in developing a parent support group in Circuit 10 and the strength of that group continues to grow under her leadership. CHS is fortunate to have Ms. Padro as a team member, she exemplifies “We Do Good”. Thanks for all that you do, Evelyn!
